Your meeting

Three formats, one standard: it ends with decisions

Pick the format that fits the decision in front of your team. Every one of them is designed with you, prepared weeks ahead and facilitated by one or two senior partners.

Two days

Strategy offsite

For leadership teams that need to choose. From an honest picture of today through Three Horizons to three to five critical battles, owners and 90-day OKRs.

Two to three days

Executive offsite

For executive teams that have a strategy and need to execute it. An honest status quo, the critical few, an operating rhythm and the message to the organisation.

One day

Leadership workshop

For leadership teams whose strategy is set and whose execution is not. Alignment, decision rights, working agreements and a steering rhythm that survives the quarter.

Your need

What the offsite has to solve

Every offsite answers one question your leadership team has not yet answered in the normal rhythm of meetings. These are the five we are asked for most.

Strategy development

Where we play and how we win, seen through Three Horizons.

The critical few

Three to five priorities, explicit trade-offs and a stop list.

Strategy execution

Owners, 90-day OKRs and a rhythm of reviews that holds.

Resource allocation

Budget and people distributed in the open, with a fixed number of chips, instead of behind closed doors.

Decision rights

Who decides what, by when, and how the team unblocks itself.

How we work

Most of the work happens before the offsite

A good offsite starts on the first slide with the real question, because the preparation has already surfaced where the team agrees and where it does not.

Before

Define, listen, pre-read

  • Prep session with you: the decisions the offsite must make, the inputs it needs, the outputs it delivers
  • Short interviews or a survey with every participant
  • A tight pre-read, so nobody presents the status quo on the day
During

See, choose, commit

  • Facts on the wall within the first hour
  • Everyone writes before anyone speaks; pitch, vote, decide
  • Three to five priorities, each with a name next to it
  • The first review booked before anyone leaves
After

Keep the momentum

  • A plan on one page for the whole company
  • On request we facilitate the monthly reviews and the first reset check after 90 days
